The Fans Box – Vivig Consulting OU
These general terms and conditions regulate the purchase of pixels on the official World Championship motorcycle through The Fans Box e-commerce platform. Purchasing one or more pixels guarantees the buyer the receipt of an exclusive (The Fans Box) package and the right to participate in special prize draws.
2.1. The purchase of one or more pixels on the motorcycle is made exclusively through the official website.
2.2. Users may purchase a maximum of 6 pixels per transaction.
2.3. The exact position of the pixels on the motorcycle, the Grand Prix, and the World Championship team where they will be displayed will be determined at the sole discretion of Vivig Consulting OU.
2.4. Once the purchase is completed, it is not possible to modify or select a specific position for the purchased pixels.
Each purchase includes the delivery of an exclusive box containing:
1 The Fans Box cap
1 The Fans Box t-shirt autographed by World Championship riders
1 Digital photo of the motorcycle with the purchased pixels (sent later via email)
1 Code to participate in the draw for one of the three paddock passes
1 Code to book a 30-minute guided paddock tour experience
4.1. The Fans Box will be shipped within a maximum of 15 days from the confirmation of the order to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase.
4.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the availability of the products included in the box.
4.3. We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure, courier strikes, or logistical issues beyond the control of The Fans Box.
5.1. The user will receive an email notification at least 15 days before the Grand Prix where their purchased pixels will be displayed.
5.2. The email will include details about the race, the World Championship team involved, and the positioning of the pixels on the motorcycle.
5.3. The official photo of the motorcycle with the purchased pixels will be sent after the event, within a maximum period of 30 days from the race.
6.1. Purchasing one or more pixels allows the user to enter the draw for 3 paddock passes.
6.2. Each purchased pixel corresponds to one chance to win. More purchases = Higher chances of winning.
6.3. The draw will be conducted live online on a date that will be announced via email and through The Fans Box official channels.
6.4. The code for a 30-minute guided paddock experience can only be used upon reservation and subject to the availability of teams and World Championship facilities.
7.1. The user is solely responsible for the content of the uploaded photo, text, or logo used to customize their pixel.
7.2. The user guarantees that they own the rights to use the uploaded file and assumes all legal responsibility for using images, texts, or logos that are copyrighted or infringe on third-party rights.
7.3. The user explicitly agrees that the uploaded file may be displayed:
On The Fans Box official website
On official social media channels
On any other media, both by Vivig Consulting OU and third-party partners or sponsors.
7.4. Prohibited Content: The uploaded file must not contain offensive, discriminatory, vulgar, or illegal material.
7.5. Vivig Consulting OU reserves the right to reject and delete any file deemed inappropriate, without any refund to the user
8.1. Since this is a unique and personalized experience, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchased pixels.
8.2. Refunds are not available for purchased pixels, except in the case of cancellation of the event by the World Championship organization.
8.3. If the The Fans Box is not received, the customer must contact support within 30 days of the expected delivery date to resolve the issue.
9.1. The Fans Box and Vivig Consulting OU are not responsible for any changes in the World Championship schedule, shipping delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9.2. The user accepts and understands that purchasing a pixel does not guarantee exposure on a specific team, circuit, or date.
10.1. The Fans Box reserves the right to update these general terms of purchase at any time, with prior notice to users subscribed to the service.
